Meet Chloe

I’m an HCPC registered physiotherapist based at The Orchard Clinic in Newport on the Isle of Wight.

I’m a lover of sport and outdoor activities, mummy to 2 little girls and wife to Joe.

I have extensive experience working within musculoskeletal and orthopaedic physiotherapy in both private and NHS hospitals but since having my daughters, I have developed a specialist interest in pelvic health physiotherapy, supporting women through the child bearing year to menopause.

Postnatal Assessment

Chloe provides an excellent physio service, either at home or in her beautiful relaxing studio. Chloe shares her wealth of knowledge and years of experience in each session giving me the confidence of my full recovery from injury. The sessions are thorough and never feel rushed. My exercises are sent via a physio app, ensuring I can check I am doing them correctly and is a useful daily reminder.

Musculoskeletal Therapy

I heard about Chloe and the Postnatal Assessment through a Pregnancy Yoga Group I was part of and was so excited to have a starting point and a guided plan to get me back to doing the things I loved pre-pregnancy! Chloe was friendly and professional and completely put me at ease. The appointments were never rushed and extremely thorough with bespoke advice and exercises to target the areas I personally need to strengthen, broken down into manageable progressions.

The studio is a beautiful space and so handy to have parking and the opportunity to bring along bub too! My diastasis has definitely improved and I now have the tools to progress onto postnatal exercises and I’m looking forward to my review with Chloe next year!

The price was extremely reasonable for the personalised programme you’re receiving and more women need to invest in themselves after having a baby!
