Why yoga?
Elevating your wellness journey
Pregnancy is a beautiful and transformative journey, but it also comes with its share of physical and emotional challenges. During pregnancy, it is essential to prioritise self-care and well-being during this unique phase of life. One way to achieve this is through the practice of pregnancy yoga, a holistic approach to fitness and mental wellness tailored specifically to the needs of expectant mothers throughout pregnancy.
Pregnancy yoga can reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression during pregnancy. Studies suggest that participating in prenatal yoga may lead to better birth outcomes, including shorter labour and reduced liklihood of cesarean section. Yoga techniques, have also demonstrated effectiveness in managing pain during labour and birth.
The classes will include a range of yoga techniques, meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation, enhancing your overall experience.
